- 20 minute phone or zoom consultation - Free
- Choose from online (Zoom) sessions or in-office sessions.
- Individual Psychotherapy sessions (1 hour) - $150.00
- Individual Psychotherapy sessions via zoom (50 minutes) - $150.00
Insurance Policies
- My services are covered by some extended health benefit plans; including Green Shield, SSQ financial group and claim secure. Please check with your provider for eligibility.
- 24 hours notice is required if you wish to cancel / reschedule your appointment free of charge.
- The first missed or late notice cancellation is free.
- Additional missed or cancelled appointments will be charged at the rate of $100. Appointments missed due to emergencies will be discussed in session.
